Boricua Soul Catering & Sweets is a family owned catering company that specializes in authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and desserts. Our specialties include: Classics such as Pernil (Roast Pork), Arroz con Gandules, (Rice and Peas) Pollo Guisado (stewed chicken). Known also for our traditional and untraditional Pastelillos aka Empanadas. We also offer soulful American classics such as baked Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens and Candied Yams. You can also order the very popular Tres Leche Cake (3 milks cake), Flancocho (flan cake) as well as custom cakes or chocolate covered strawberries. Everything crafted with love to feed the soul!!
